When leaving the port look for signs to Caen. This will take you out of Cherbourg and onto the N13 expressway. Follow N13 towards Caen and St Lo for about 30 miles. Shortly after passing the turn off for Carentan, still on the N13 look for signs to St Lo and exit onto the N174. Follow this for about 15 miles and drive into the town and look for signs to Rennes & Mont St Michel and St Malo. This will take you on to the D999 towards Avranches.

Join the A84 and follow the signs for Avranches and then Rennes. Near Rennes look for signs to Brest and Lorient and follow the N24 for about 40 miles. When approaching Lorient follow signs for Quimper and Brest traveling along the N165.

Ignore the first turn off sign to Quimper and continue until the sign for Quimper Sud Centre Ville. Exit here and follow sign to Quimper. At the first roundabout follow the sign to Benodet N365. Straight on at the next roundabout then at the next roundabout take the D34 to Benodet and continue uphill to another roundabout. Take the second exit and continue straight on at the next roundabout and then take the 1st exit at the next roundabout.
After about 4 miles the campsite is on the left just after signs to Pont l�Abbe.
